Love the XLL library! makes/made my life SOO much easier, trying to create my first ever Excel C++ add-in! Awesome! 5* A++. THANKS Keith! One suggestion.. perhaps.. to include the setup.msi in the DOWNLOADS section , so folks can get to it quicker.. ?

Amazing Add-in ! I have downloaded and try a lot of addins and believe me this one is the best I have seen. If you are looking for a "professional" addin + if you like c++ this addin is for you. To my knowledge this is the only one (free) xll library with a Help Maker system. The documentation is not exhaustive but clear enough and the source code easily understandable. Great job, thank you ! (Ps: I was so blow away by this addin that i registered myself on codeplex just to post this comment :) ) Infos : Tested with VS 2012, Excel 2010 64 bits, for direct compilation you just need to change the Additional Library Directories form : ...\xll\$(PlatformToolset
)\Debug to ...\xll\$(PlatformToolset

Newer Windows 7 machines have a configuration problem (see issue entitled "Unsuccessful build") with Visual C++ 2010 Express that the developer refuses to help with. When this was pointed out to the developer his "solution" was to suggest using VS 2013. However, the xll template doesn't register properly with VS 2013, so that was an untested "solution" a/k/a just a waste of time. Don't waste your time with this software. Life is too short to deal with developers like this.
